The lending operations will be headed by Sri Sridhar Murthy Cheif Ececutive Officer. He is a Graduate in Agriculture, a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and also holds a diploma in Microfinance from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF). He has more than 36 years of Banking experience having joined Vijaya Bank as a Probationary officer and rising to the position of General Manager before retiring from Bank of Baroda in June 2020.He has served as Branch Head, Regional Head an also in the corporate office across the country. He has handled operations, administration and also policy in various roles. He is well versed in Agrifinace, Retail credit and MSME lending as well as corporate credit having headed the Banks Corporate Banking branch at Mumbai..

He has also been a faculty member of the Banks staff Training college. He has headed 3 important Regions of the Bank and at the time of retirement he was head SME lending at Corporate office of Bank of Baroda with an exposure of Rs 1,33000 cores to MSME. He was in charge of Handling asset based products such as Commercial vehicle and construction and mining equipment, Supply chain and Value chain finance, Fintech products. Formulation of policies, schemes, designing of new products, formulation of marketing strategies for MSME Business, Co lending and digital lending initiatives of the bank. He has undergone extensive training programmes in reputed institutions in India and abroad such as the Indian Institute of Management, Indian school of business and the Kellogg School of Management,Chicago.
