1. What is a Non-Banking Financial Company?
A Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, having a certificate of Registration from the Reserve Bank of India, engaged in the business of loans and advances, acquisition of shares, stock, bonds, hire-purchase insurance business or chit-fund business, but does not include any institution whose principal business is that of agriculture, industrial activity, purchase or sale of any goods (other than securities) or providing any services and sale/purchase/construction of immovable property.

4. What is eligibility to apply for a loan?
• Salaried persons aged between 21 and 60 years professionals and self -employed people up to 70 years.
• Minimum credit bureau score of 600
• Minimum monthly salary of Rs 20,000.
• Confirmed employee in service for minimum of one year
• Meeting the Company rating criteria
• Serviceable- Location Bangalore.

6. What is the Tenure of Loan?
12 Months to 60 months depending on your repaying capacity.
7. What is the rate of interest?
Rate of interest rate depends on credit score and borrowers financial profile. Interest rates and charges are clearly made known to borrowers in a transparent manner
8. How is my eligible loan amount calculated?
t depends of applicants Income and Fixed obligation to income ratio (FOIR) ( which includes your existing liabilities). Higher income and lower debt obligation will improve the quantum of loan made available
9. What is the minimum and maximum amount of loan I can get?
You can get from Rs. 20 thousand to Rs 5 lakhs.
10. Is it safe to apply online?
It is absolutely safe. All your sensitive information, which are personal, financial or related to employment are encrypted. We will not share your information with any marketing agencies or tele-callers who will call to sell you other products. Our systems have been designed such that most of the steps are automated.
11. How much time does it take to sanction a loan?
It typically takes approximately 24 to 48 hours from time of application submission with all required documents for the funds to be transferred into your account. However loan disbursals might take longer depending on receipt of documents, your response time etc.
12. Is a Guarantor required?
No , however if you provide a guarantor your credit rating will improve and you have chances of getting lower rate of interest.
13. How do I repay?
We obtain NACH Mandates/PDC , Post NACH Activation auto debit from account will happen.
14. What happens if I don’t pay back?
There are 4 recognized credit information companies that will track your credit scores. If you do not pay repay or delay your payment, we will report it to these agencies which will lower credit score and getting credit facility from Financial Institutions will become difficult. In short, please do not borrow money if you think you cannot pay your EMIs on time and restrict your borrowing to your ability to repay
15. Can I Pre close the Loan?
Yes, you can pre close the loan however pre closure charges will be applicable.
