Mr. Kodandaram Ramaiah is the promoter and Managing Director of Ramaiah Capital Private Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture from the University of Agriculture Sciences Bangalore and a Master’s Degree in Plant Sciences from the University of Idaho, USA. He is son of Late Dr. M.S.Ramaiah the well known educationist and visionary entrepreneur of Karnataka who set up the Ramaiah Group of Educational Institutions. He has experience of working in a corporate at New York and on return to India he has turned in to a successful entrepreneur by setting up Businesses in the Agro chemicals, Hospitality, International trade, Coffee cultivation and Agri Bio technology.

He has varied experience in administration and is a born entrepreneur, running numerous business entities such as M S Ramaiah International Pvt Ltd, MSR Chemicals & Fertilizers Pvt. Ltd etc. MSR Bio tech Pvt Ltd, MSR Hotels Pvt Ltd. He is also the Director of M/s. Ramaiah Educational Institutions and advisor to Gokula Education Foundation which run the famous M.S.Ramaiah Group of Education Institutions with M.S.Ramaiah University and more than 18 colleges and15000 students under its fold.

Dr. Meena Kodandaram W/o Mr. Kodandaram Ramaiah holds a MBBS Degree and has completed Diploma in Geriatrics from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. She is actively involved in the management of various companies with which she is associated as a promoter and Director. She is also responsible for the strategy and execution of the businesses - setting direction and enabling rapid client adoption. She has overall strategic and operational responsibility for the entire portfolio of the Company’s offerings.

She is the Director of MSR Chemicals & Fertilizers Pvt. Ltd. established in the year 2001 for manufacturing and marketing quality granulated fertilizers. MSR Biotech Pvt. Ltd which produces tissue culture plants that are disease-free, and high yielding and also considerably reduces the cost of production. The company has state-of-the-art R&D lab for developing new tissue cultured plants. She is also director of MSR Hotel (Bangalore) Pvt. Ltd, and Adwise Communications Pvt. Ltd to service clients in the areas of designing and production of advertising (both electronic & print media) for various corporates.

Mr Kalyanaraman is a Science Graduate in Chemistry and professionally qualified with C.A.I.I.B. He started his career in Banking in 1972 with Bank of India and rose to the position of General Manager. The critical assignments included positions such as Chief Manager, Large Borrower's Department at Hyderabad, Chief Regional Manager at Vadodara, Jt. Zonal Manager at Pune, Head of Policy Section at Head Office BOI, Zonal Manager at Karnataka, Field General Manager at Chennai and General Manager of Priority Sector Credit at Head Office. Highly successful commercial banker, having an impeccable career record spanning 38 years. In Bank of India, rose to the level of General Manager (just below the Board level) and later on joined Federal Bank, the largest private sector bank in Southern India as an Executive Director – a Board position.

The final job assignment was in Centrum Capital Ltd., as head of Debt Syndication where he was Managing Director from November 2012 to July 2015. His Area of focus continued to be Business Development including for Debt Syndication, Private Equity Funds, Strategic Investments, etc. besides Restructuring of Stressed Accounts. He retired from Centrum Capital Ltd in 2018. Special attainments includes Guiding Federal Bank through its transformation process, Contributed to Federal Bank’s growth story during tenure. Providing inspirational leadership to a large workforce, especially during critical transition period in the organization and mentoring change agents. Been a guest faculty member on policy issues in the areas of loans at Bank’s Staff Training College/Indian Institute Of Banking and Finance etc.

Mr R.S.Mani has completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Science and PG Diploma in Journalism and Public Relations. He has a rich, vast and varied experience of over 4 decades in Core Banking, Finance, Hospitality and freelance Journalism. He began his distinguished career with Andhra Bank and had worked in various areas of banking before taking voluntary retirement. After resigning from Andhra Bank after 30 years of service, Mr. R.S.Mani was a freelance columnist for The New Indian Express, Chennai for a period of 3-4 years writing on various aspects of banking, Credit and Debit Cards etc., besides participating in seminars on personal banking during that period. From 2005 on-wards, he has been associated with the Kodandaram Ramaiah Group as the Group CEO looking after the group companies. Mr Mani has been associated with well known law firms and is also on the board of some companies.
